These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Face Blender (the "App"), including its free and Pro versions, published by Bengigi Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf, and should supervise any purchases.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you obtained it from (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).
The free version of the App shows ads provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services they promote. Ad-related data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App, or images made with it, to:
You also agree not to modify, hack, decompile, or reverse engineer the App (except where the law expressly allows it), or to interfere with its ads or purchase system or attempt to obtain paid features without paying.
The App and all of its content, including its code, design, effects, filters, artwork, sounds, and the App's name, belong to Bengigi Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 2, no rights are granted to you. This does not cover Your Content (section 5).
We may update, change, or remove features, effects, or prices in the App at any time, and may stop offering the App. Some features (such as ads and purchases) need an internet connection and third-party services that we do not control. Features that rely on your device's camera, microphone, face detection, or speech recognition may not work on every device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that face detection, automatic capture, or effects will always work as expected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bengigi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for loss of photos or other data, or for how you or others use images made with the App. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the App after a change, the updated Terms apply.
