1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Slots Surprise (the "Game"), including its mobile apps and web version, published by Bengigi Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf, and should supervise any purchases.

2. License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you obtained it from (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may be free to play and may offer optional in-app purchases, such as packs of virtual coins or a one-time purchase that removes ads.
Purchases are processed by the app store you use (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store), not by us. The store's payment terms, pricing, taxes, and refund policies apply to your purchase.
A purchase that removes ads removes interstitial (full-screen) ads. Optional ads you choose to watch for a reward may still be offered.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from under its refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

4. Virtual Coins and Items

Coins, power-ups, characters, and other in-game items (together, "Virtual Items") are part of the Game's content. You receive a license to use them in the Game; you do not own them.
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the Game.
Casino-style games are for entertainment only. They do not offer real-money gambling, and nothing won in them can be cashed out or exchanged for real money or prizes. Success in them does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Progress and Virtual Items may be stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data may remove them, and we may be unable to restore them. One-time purchases (such as removing ads) can be restored through the store's restore function while you use the same store account.

5. Advertising

The Game may show ads provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob), including optional rewarded videos that grant in-game rewards. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services they promote. Ad-related data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to:

Modify, hack, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game, except where the law expressly allows it
Use cheats, bots, exploits, or third-party tools to gain coins, items, or scores
Manipulate leaderboards or achievements
Interfere with the Game, its ads, or its purchase system, or attempt to obtain paid content without paying
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

We may reset scores, remove Virtual Items obtained through cheating or exploits, or suspend access to online features if you break these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content, including characters, artwork, music, sound effects, code, and the Game's name, belong to Bengigi Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 2, no rights are granted to you.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or remove features, content, levels, or prices in the Game at any time, and may stop offering the Game. Some features (such as ads, purchases, and leaderboards) need an internet connection and third-party services that we do not control.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bengigi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects and how it is used.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep playing after a change, the updated Terms apply.
