This policy explains what the Noogra Nuts: Going Nuts game ("the game") by Bengigi Studio ("we", "us") stores, what our advertising partner collects, how purchases work, and the choices you have. It adds to our general privacy policy; where they differ for this game, this page applies.
Going Nuts has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Everything it remembers stays on your device:
The Daily Nut Run is worked out on your device from the date: everyone gets the same nuts, and no result is sent anywhere. Share on a results card only passes the text you see to your device's share sheet or clipboard.
We never receive this data. Settings → Reset Progress erases your progress; uninstalling the game (or, in a browser, clearing the site's data) deletes all of it. Remove Ads can be restored with Settings → No Ads & Privacy → Restore.
The free Android version shows ads through Google AdMob: an optional video you can choose to watch for a Second Chance when a round is lost, and occasional full-screen ads when you leave a results card (never during play, not before you have played a few rounds, and never after you buy Remove Ads). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another region where consent is required, the game asks for your choice through Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change that choice at any time in Settings → No Ads & Privacy → Ad Choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device's settings.

In-app purchases (coin packs and Remove Ads) are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game only which item was bought, so it can be granted or restored. Coins are used only inside the game and have no cash value.
The iPhone and iPad version and the version played on bengigi.com show no ads and take no payments. In the browser version the coin shop is a test store that takes no money, and your progress is kept in your browser's own storage on your device.
Going Nuts is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. Requests about advertising data go to Google, using the links above. You can still contact us with any question or concern.
