Bengigi Studio Apps, Games, Websites, and Services

1. Introduction

Bengigi Studio ("Bengigi", "we", "our", or "us") creates and operates mobile apps, games, websites, and related services (together, the "Services"). This general Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use a Bengigi product.

Some Bengigi products have their own privacy policy because they collect different data or provide account, gallery, or community features. Individual apps may collect only some of the categories below, depending on the features you use, your platform, app version, device settings, region, and whether ads, analytics, accounts, purchases, or online features are enabled.

Gameplay or app usage data Level progress, scores, achievements, session events, preferences, settings, and feature interactions. Save progress, balance gameplay, improve features, troubleshoot problems, and understand aggregate usage.
Advertising data Advertising identifiers, ad impressions, ad clicks, approximate location, device signals, and consent choices handled by advertising networks where ads are shown. Deliver, measure, limit, personalize, or prevent fraud in ads, depending on your settings and consent choices.
Analytics data Aggregate visits, screen views, feature usage, referrers, and basic technical data. Understand how Services are used, improve performance, and prioritize maintenance.
Account or profile data Name, email address, user ID, profile picture, sign-in token data, or platform account identifiers if an app supports sign-in. Authenticate users, provide online features, restore progress, support account controls, and respond to privacy requests.
Purchases and entitlement data Purchase token, product ID, subscription or entitlement status, transaction status, and app store receipt metadata. Verify purchases, unlock paid features, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not receive your full payment card details from app stores.
User content Photos, images, captions, names, messages, uploads, reports, or other content you choose to submit in products that support these features. Provide sharing, gallery, community, moderation, support, or other requested features.
Optional sensitive permissions Camera, photos/media, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, storage, or motion sensors where a specific app feature needs them. Provide the feature you choose to use. App permissions can usually be controlled through your device settings.
Support and legal communications Email address, message content, attachments, screenshots, diagnostic details, copyright or abuse reports. Respond to requests, investigate issues, provide support, and keep records required for legal or safety reasons.

Some Bengigi apps and websites are free or ad-supported. Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, cookies, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and consent choices to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and, where allowed, personalize ads.

You can often limit ad personalization or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings. In regions where consent is required, you may see a consent prompt or privacy settings control provided by the app, platform, or advertising partner.

If an ad-supported Service uses personalized advertising, advertising partners may process identifiers or usage data in a way that privacy laws may define as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object to, or export your personal data, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

Unless a product-specific notice says otherwise, Bengigi Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, HTTPS where applicable, platform security features, and operational security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
