Privacy Policy

Split

Introduction

This policy explains what the Split game ("the game") by Bengigi Studio ("we", "us") stores, what our partners collect, and the choices you have. It adds to our general privacy policy; where they differ for this game, this page applies.

What the game stores on your device

Split has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Everything it remembers stays on your device:

We never receive this data. Uninstalling the game (or, in a browser, clearing the site's data) deletes it. Remove Ads and the Starter Bundle can be restored with Store → Get Coins → Restore Purchases.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free mobile versions show ads through Google AdMob: optional videos you can choose to watch for a reward (coins, a revive, double coins or free missiles), and occasional full-screen ads between runs (never during play, never before your second run, and never after you buy Remove Ads or the Starter Bundle). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another region where consent is required, the game asks for your choice through Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change that choice at any time in Settings → Ad Choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device's settings.

Purchases (Google Play / the App Store)

In-app purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads and the Starter Bundle) are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. The store tells the game only which item was bought, so it can be granted or restored.

What we do not do

Permissions

Browser version

The version played on bengigi.com shows no ads and sells nothing. It keeps your progress in your browser's own storage on your device.

Children

Split is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. Requests about advertising data go to Google, using the links above. You can still contact us with any question or concern.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the date below.
